چکیده

The article deals with the simulation models, which are the basis of controlled animation. Visualization of simulation experiments on computer has a great significance in teaching-learning process. Animation helps not only to increase the illustrativeness but it also allows to acquire new knowledge based on own observation and own experience of the work with the model. Such computer models have to be relevant and implemented on the base of exact mathematical model. Computer animation has its meaning also for electronic presentation of a teaching material. Mathematical model includes a big amount of information about modelled object and enables to extrapolate a lot of knowledge about the object.

A Visual Programming Model for User Interface Animation

havior; its smoothness corresponds to our perception of motion and changes in the real world. In a UI, animation may illustrate the dynamic behavior of both interacting entities: the user and the underlying application. When changes are illustrated by a sudden switch from one visual configuration to another, the user has to deduce the causal link between the two states. Continuous animation pro...

Gender Effects When Learning Manipulative Tasks From Instructional Animations and Static Presentations

Humans have an evolved embodied cognition that equips them to deal easily with the natural movements of object manipulations. Hence, learning a manipulative task is generally more effective when watching animations that show natural motions of the task, rather than equivalent static pictures. The present study was completed to explore this research domain further by investigating the impact of ...

An Application of Motion Design and Control for Physically-Based Animation

We describe a variety of physically-based simulation techniques used to generate the motion of objects for computer animated scenes. Using cla,>sical mechanics , we model rigid , fl exible and breakable objects and their interaction with wind fields . Complex motion can be controlled by specifying initial conditions, designing wind fields , and using an interactive previewing capability to view...

Physically-based Human Neck Simulation

In deformable character animation, the skin deformation of the neck is important to reproduce believable facial animation, and the neck also plays an important role in supporting the head in balance while generating the controlled head movements that are essential to so many aspects of human behavior. However, neck animation is largely overlooked both in computer graphics and animation due to t...
